Who we are
Get Out of Office (OOO) is a trading name of Content Studios Group Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11840900. Our registered office is 3 Marions Way, Exmouth, EX8 4LF. Content Studios Group Limited is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
What we collect
- Pilot sign up: your first name, email address, how you work, and whether you'd like occasional OOO news.
- Partner and contact enquiries: your name, email address, organisation or venue (for partner enquiries), the subject of your enquiry and your message.
- Technical information: when you visit, our hosting provider and font provider receive your IP address and basic browser information so the site can load.
How we use it and why
- To tell you about the Exeter pilot, including dates, venues and how to book. We rely on your consent, which you give by signing up.
- To send occasional OOO news, only if you tick the box. We rely on your consent, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To reply to enquiries from people, venues and employers. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To run and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
- Wix.com, which hosts this website and stores form submissions for us.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces the site uses and receives your IP address when the page loads.
These providers act on our instructions. Some of them may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by contract terms approved for UK data, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep pilot sign up details until the pilot has finished and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can tell you if OOO comes back to your area, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you unsubscribe from news, we stop emailing you straight away.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, send us a message through our contact form or write to us at our registered office. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
